![]() I'm gaining some momentum.
I'm on the verge of hitting the 10 pound mark (but that's only the scale). The true victory is that I feel lighter on my feet and I'm getting up and down the basketball court faster. Last week, my "reward allotment" didn't allow pancakes thanks to baby Deakan's first birthday bash. So yesterday, I had pancakes for lunch. Oh how tasty they were. The small sacrifices make the reward taste that much sweeter. Sacrifices build momentum. And I dig momentum. Keep rocking! Mikey |

![]() It shows a 4% difference but that fluctuates (as most body fat scales do). But hey, no complaints from me!
