Thanks a lot, Melissa!! Wait till I get to phase 3... Now it's still 30% in my comfort zone.
19:00- 30g raw macadamias
21:00- 1 medium peach
Will add some mango later so that I have 1500 calories for today. Forgot to post my lunch, btw: grilled chicken& grilled veggies
Tomorrow- rest day!!!

Hello everyone!! 19.06.2010- great day for fat loss!!! Started the day at 84.5 kg&went for a sauna in the afternoon- yep, finally made it!!- resisted for 15 min, then a shower and another 5 min. After that I was finished&went home for a banana milk shake.

Breakfast- canned tuna, 1/2 bell pepper, onion, 100g sweet corn, 1 smedium tomato, 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted- about 300 calories
Lunch- 1 apple
15:00- 30g raw macadamias
16:30 banana milk shake.
Fortunatley, we've got raspberries in the garden and from now on I'm gonna do some incursions there to pick some-yummy!!!
Total calorires until now- 890

20:00- 150g grilled chicken breast, 100g mix vegetables
Total calories for today- 1550

Hi there

just wanted to say you are an inspiration, you are doing great. Just been reading all your posts and your nutiriton is great. You are obviously on a mission and it shows!! You can really tell the difference between your before and after pictures, definitely more definitiion on your body in the after ones. Imagine what you will be like after 12 weeks! I reckon you could be the winner for sure!!

Well done and thanks for posting, you are keeping me on track and urging me to post more too.

Hi, Galaxy, great to hear from you&thanks for the kind words!! I'l soon be posting some new pictures. 20.06.2010- Breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs, 50g canned white beans, 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted, one 0% fat yogurth, 1 tomato. Wkt C today.

20.06.2010- 6 Month BW Manual- Preparation phase
Workout C
BW Warmup

T-Squat-10, 10, 10 reps
Jumping Jacks-30, 30, 30 reps
Step-ups-10, 10, 10 reps per side
Blast strap push-up with feet on bench-10, 10, 10 reps
Split Squat-8, 8, 8 reps per side
Spiderman Climb-10, 10, 10 reps per side
Bicycle Crunch-10, 10, 10 reps per side
Blas strap plank with feet on bench- 30, 30, 30 sec- haaaard!!!

High intensity work for 10 min on stationary bike, like Craig recommends for this wkt...

Had my cheat meal today at my favourite chinese restaurant.
Some cherries&yellow melon for the evening and about 1700 calories fopr today.

21.06.2010- just started the 8th week- time really goes by fast!! Breakfast- 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted, 1 tomato, 1 can mixed vegetables- 260 calories
Lunch- 200g grilled chicken breast, grilled potatoes, bell peppers&tomato + homemade garlic sauce- about 350 calories. See you all later, going to prepare for my neurosurgery exam...

Wanted to come and post my 15:00 snack- 30 g raw macadamias, and my 17:00 snack: banana milkshake, but realised this isn't much to post... So I went back in my room for 7 min and now I can come up with my head held high and say that I've beaten my PR in regular plank: 4 min 2 sec vs 2 min 30 sec last time. Maybe it's not much for more advanced TT users, but for me it means a lot!!! Nickelback's "Just to get high" helped a lot- in fact 04:02 is the exact duration of the song :-))

Snack before bed- a few cherries
Total calories for today: 1500-1550
