Not in the challenge, but have seen your screen name before..........You can do it..........just like a kid learning to ride a bicycle..........when you fall off, brush off the skinned knee and bruises.........get right back on and RIDE!!! Good luck to you!

Are you missing the toe or do you just have bad breath?

Keep at it. If you get side tracked just jump back in a soon as you can. It took me three tries to finally finish. Kept letting little things get in the way.

Hope you do well and reach out if you need anything. There are some seasoned TTers on here ( not me, I'm still a youngin)

Great workout. It looks like a meathead workout. Looks like B is going to be ALL legs...ouch.

Glad you started well. It's exciting to get going with TC's. Following up on Concetta's post, have you posted goals yet? Do you know what you want to acheive in TC15?

Remember Rob's advice too, nothing's too big you can't jump back on the wagon after you fall off. Hope you go the distance and do well. Keep it up.

Im currently on TT2K3 and loved the first workout but like you say tomorrows workout look like mainly legs and core which may not be so much fun.

Goals I have set myself -

1 - Finish the challenge this time

2 - Get bodyweight under 100 kgs (Im currently sitting at 109 kgs)

3 - Get fitness to a level where I can go back to Martial arts training ( Im actually a coach but when my twins came along I let it all slide fitness and weight wise but hope to get back to competing as soon as possible)

Thanks for the encouragement folks it really does spur me on.

workout 11th September

Worked out for an hour with my friend going through a boxing workout. Was tough going but felt good hitting the pads again.

2nd day of limited carbs. As a bit of a carb monster in the past I feel the effect early on but like in the last challenge I seem to get used to it pretty quickly.
