Default Best Contest EVER

I haven't chosen my start date yet, but I wanted to get my thread up today. I made business sized cards with my core fitness values on them. I'll carry them with me, and read them when I need to re-set my inspiration.

Did the Thermogenic 30 yesterday and got that close to queasy feeling- just like old times.

(Although I'm a heck of a lot better at burpees than I used to be.)

Best wishes for TC15.

I love the business card idea. I put links to my goals and personal code on my phone's front page so I can always look at them.

Default We're open!

Wow, what a week,

I taught my first official Turbulence Training class on Wed. at 6AM, and it was a great way to start the day. I must do TT or I get "squishy".

I see that the last day to enter for a full 12 weeks is 9/23, and I'll be coming on board close to that. I have 3 clients committed so far, and I'm going to put up the rules and a display on the contest tonight before Zumba.

Personally, after just 3 days of sticking to my core eating values and training I already feel a difference. I'll be weighing in every Monday to help stay focused over the weekend.

Wishing you all good beginnings.

Default Less squishy every day

Eating lots of vegetables, teaching 2 TT classes a week plus a serious training session every weekend is working wonders. Pictures on the 21st.

You're such an encouragement to me. I haven't listened to the interview yet, but everyone seems to love it. I need to check it out soon.

So what's involved in becoming a certified trainer and then a TT trainer. Getting in shape has got me so excited about life. People at work have watched me go from 215 to 162 over the past 2 years and are always asking me what I'm doing.

One lady even asked to see my abs. I reluctantly did, a little embarassed but humbly proud (if you can be that) about her asking.

I want to share the TT love with the world. I'm a full time worker who's also a road warrior as well as a husband, father and goat farmer. I know I can make the time, just need to know where to start.
