Hi there tic tac (am loving the name btw!)

You are def off to a fab start, the boxing workouts look great and I know how tough they are, I used to train with an ex boxer and he used to make me do some really tough workouts.

TK3 is a fab workout, there seems to be a few doing it, an oldie but a goodie and a classic like someone else said.

I might give that a go for my last 4 weeks, I quite fancy going back to the super set and interval training.

Keep up the great work

Cheers for now Katie

ps am also a lover of green tea, even hubby drinks it now and we don't really drink anything else.

You're doing the same workouts as me so following with interest. Sounds like you're really making some progress.

I also plan to introduce some kickboxing lessons on my offdays later in the challenge since I'm going to sign up to a martial arts gym that has a great membership deal going.

Good luck this week - hope that plateau doesn't get in your way!
