Yep, the TBE's will wind me too! I have been subbing them for box jumps. 30 or 40 seconds worth is about enough at until the old man rests just a bit......LOL

Thanks John and Rob. Good luck, John! (Nice butt, Rob!)

Quickie update: cardio day today and then working. Off to meet my son later who is back from his gradparents' so we are enjoying the quiet (for now).

Thanks, Rob, you too.

Today: stretch day. Feel a lot better for that as I was feeling a bit rough yesterday.

Working again today, away next weekend and working the weekend after so not much chance of a break at the moment. I have various papers to write, marking to do and an exam to take (yikes) so I am pretty slammed until October 17th. I am hoping November might be an easier month.

Enjoy a peaceful Sunday.

Thanks for the congrats on my page. We had a blast and I am so proud of my boy for making it through the course.

Hi London girl
Wow you are very busy! What do you do for a job? I probably need to go back and read your first post as you may have already said.

Well done on sticking with your workouts even though you are so busy,. Are you working your way through the Fat Loss manual?

Whatever workouts you choose all TT workouts are great !

Keep up the great work

Cheers for now Katie

Thanks John and well done again.

Thanks for dropping by, Katie! I am a university lecturer but it requires some weekend work and I also do some private tuition which takes up a lot of time, including supervising a PhD student. (I'm also doing another degree for 'fun' which is crazy!)

Today: TT Beginner Workout A plus interval cardio. Last week of these workouts and I'm ready to move on at the end of the week!

I am thinking of one of the 2Ks or 'Buff Dudes...' I think I have moved on a lot in a month and I feel ready.

Have a great week!
