Congrats.
Thanks! I trailed some of the younger guys and gals and a few of them trailed me. I was the oldest one there. I was very disappointed that I didnt make the Cooper on the mile and a half, but overall, I guess I did alright.

I think its great your employer rewards healthiness with days off.

That day off was earned by the great choices you've meade each day in the past, make the most of it.
Thanks, and yes.........if i just sat at a desk all day and did nothing, that ambulance that was standing by, probably would have had a patient!!!!

If I would have met the Cooper, I would have recieved 2 days off. Since I missed the run by 28 sec's, I get one day off.
Nice going RobB. Congrats on your accomplishment! Day off is well deserved. Concetta

Great job Rob, what do you do? Where do you work that they have PT? I work for a huge Swiss company and we have a gym in our facility along with a medical clinic. HR is always having people in to talk about health and wellness.

I would like to put together a "biggest loser" contest or something at work and have a contest. I would want to share the TT way of working out and maybe provide some examples of workouts so I could track who used what workouts to see how much better TT is than other methods.

Maybe I could add those folks who do the TT workouts to Craigs million people he's trying to reach/help.

SUNDAY: Week #3 TT FL 2007. Off day activity
July 1, 2012.

Rain and thunderstorms this morning. Wife took the Grandaughters to Camp for the week. Hot and humid this afternoon.

So, I went for a 2 hour walk, including 15 minutes of jogging. It was 92 degrees / 48% humidity / SSW wind @ 4 mph, when I got back. I was soaked. Drained GD pool and put it in the garage for a week.
