Alex, I did a KB program for 4 months, 3x/week. Granted it was not just swings, but you really shouldn't have pain ever. I had a problem with one KB exercise, but my form was off. If you can have a professional watch you, that should help. Good luck, your workouts look great. Concetta

Yes, you are al right I shouldn't have pain, in the last set I have not doubt tweaked a recurring back injury (once you sprain something esp in your back it will be weaken & be prime to reoccurring) ..... having done the programme before I know its me not the workout

As for competition photos, not likely to happen, for me the main goal is about getting back on track for the sustainable future. I am not rocked by the fact I was sick during photo cutoff time.

Hi Alex, Sorry about your back! It seems to be going around here lately.. I have a problem with my left shoulder.. I tend to feel a little tweak from it every now and them, but mostly when I am doing olympic moves such as hang cleans or jerks. SO, I guess I'll try not to do them , LOL

Sure is ... thought I was right & it went again last night

so think I really need to lay of the weights & maybe visit a quack to get it sorted - needless to say will continue to be quiet around here.

Thanks guys ....

But I do think this will be a long haul, I need to listen & strengthen my body - next few weeks plan is for bodyweight circuits+ walking/swimming & considering yoga.

as October is always my time to refresh where I am for the next year its a perfect time - this year has been a shocker - needless to say its not quite TT so shouldn't really log on here in respect to Craig (Will probably use my old LJ journal).

Keep going strong

Will review this in January...
