Talking Judgement Day

Ok, everyone, I'm oficially joining the 8th TT Transformation Contest- and this time I'm going to reach all my goals and get rid of my excess body fat!!! I'm going to post before pictures soon enough- tomorrow I guess... For now, here are my stats:
Weight- 95 kg- lost 2 kg after 2k3
height-1.79
Abd- 102 cm- lost 2 cm
Chest-109cm
Arms-L 38cm, R 39cm
Thighs- L 58cm, R 59cm-lost 3cm!!
Calves- L 40cm, R 41cm
Ok, here are my before photos!! Can't believe I can do 6 chinups when I look at them... :-((
But that's going to change in 3 months!!

Hi everyone, today was my first 2K6 workout and I feel like being hit by a truck...
Here it is:

04.05.2010- Workout A

BW warmup

1A) DB Incline Press- 3x38.5 kg-6rep was ok, could've done 41 kg but wanted to start easy
1B) DB Row-3x38.5 kg-6rep
2A) Chinups- 4,3,1 rep, the rest to 8- just the negative movement in each set
2B) DB Chest Press- 31kg-8rep
3A) Close-grip Pushups- 3x10 rep- last 5 reps from each set were regular pushups
3B) DB Rear-Delt Raise- 3x9kg-10rep

Hard to do the chinups&pushups after the heavy rows and chest presses... Phew...
A good workout!!!

04.10.2010- Breakfast- aprox 285 cal- 1/2 raw bell pepper, 4 spears asparagus, canned, 2 bolied eggs, 1 yogurth, o%fat, 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted, 50g sweet corn, canned, no sugar added.

Hospital snack- 1 big red apple- 140 cal

Pre-wkt snack: 1 banana- 100 cal
Post-wkt shake: 2bananas, 1 fistfull raspberries, 250ml milk 0.1% fat, 30g raw cashews- about 480 cal

A bit later- 2 bolied eggs-150 cal

Total until now- 1155 calories

Hi, everyone, here are some goals:
This week:- eat clean until Sunday (my cheat day)
-go once at the sauna this week
-do one session of outdoor sprinting
- do the other 2 wkts from the first week- I know that I should've done only 1 round of each superset, but I forgot and did it all =))

Long-term goals- lose about 6-8 kg of fat (could aim for more, but I don't know how much I lost this month because I didn't use the same weighing machine, but I certainly lost 2.6 kg after a month of TT- so i stick with 6-8 as a long term goal, might readjust it)
-buy a steamer this month& a microwave (my folks were anti-microwave until now, but it has too many advantages)
-do 10 pullups&chinups after 3 months
- do assisted 1 arm pushups after 3 months
-eat clean for 3 months
-fit again in my Medium t-shirts&old pants (already changed one pair last week because they were too large!!!)

That's it for now, maybe I'll add some more later!!

04.05.2010- dinner- some grilled fish&vegetables- aprox 300cal
post-dinner snack-30g macadamias raw-200cal
Total cal intake for today- 1655 calories

Had a restaurant meal at lunch and didn't eat quite clean- some rice with vegetables, some chicken, a salad with vegetables&feat cheese&vegetable oil, so not quite good, but I will eat responsibly for the rest of the day. As for the restaurant meal, I'll give it about 1200-1300 cal (it can't be that bad, but just in case)

Post-wkt meal- 200g grilled fish-200 cal?
100g mango-60 cal

About 1600 calories till now.
