Wow, it really feels great to be on that page with the 5 week contest... I mean, I've seen so many succes stories on this site, and now I'm finally there!! Wow again...
06.07.2010- Breakfast- canned mackerel, 100g mixed veggies, a bit of raw cauliflower, 1 0% fat yogurth, 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted, 1 medium tomato- about 330 calories

Lunch- grilled chicken breast 200g, 200g boiled potatoes- about 340 calories and a670 calorie total until now!!

Today's nutrition was 100% ok, again no time found to post, neurology exam is eating away all of my time.
Sorry everyone for not dropping by your threads, but it's going to end in exactly 37 hours after the exam!!

Good morning everyone- 07.07.2010- wonderful day for fat loss& I'm at my lowest weight until now- 81.9 kg!!!
Breakfast- canned mackerel, 50g sweet corn, 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, 100 g boiled potatoes (from yesterday's dinner)- total of 340 calories.

Ion, good luck on your exams!!!

What a huge amount of stress you must be under with these exams. I have a few friends who are RNs and I know how hard that was -I cannot imagine how difficult yours are (of course- we all want our doctors to be very smart )
I just was thinking- Way to stay on track with your nutrition even under stress!!! You are doing great!!!

Hello everyone, my exam period is finally over!! To quote Mel Gibson "FREEEEEEEEDOOOOM!!!!!!!" Too few calories for today, as usual on an exam day, guess I'll have about 1300 for today. However, starting from tomorrow, I'll post again on a regular basis and visit the other threads!! Wkt B planned for tomorrow!
