Nope, not yet, and it's getting annoyng- I feel tired, sleepy, can't speak properly, can't sing (my hobby=singing lessons), don't have the will to move my butt to the gym, no appetite etc. But I'll give it a try tomorrow...

Definitely give your body rest, you need it right now! I know it's hard to feel good about taking it easy when you're on a mission, but if you listen to your body, and take breaks when you're sick or run-down, you'll definitely be better off in the long run. Hope you feel much better soon!

Thanks a lot for dropping by, Shanda and Starbuck1517!!! Actually, I feel better this morning- ate breakfast and even managed to do 2 pullups-feel great now (compared to yesterday). I'll go to the gym later during the day&I'll stop training if I don't feel ok.
Btw, another short term goal solved: I fit in my tightest pair of pants&they fall off me without a belt!! I wouldn't have dared to see myself in these pants 1 month ago, that's great!!!!

Hi everyone, felt better during today's wkt and also added some interval work at the end- wasn't in shape for normal intervals and needed longer rest periods, but I made it through:

14.05.2010-Workout B

BW Warmup

1A) DB Split Squat 16kg-8 reps, 2x17kg-8rep-better form next time
1B) Stability Ball Rollout 3x10 reps
2A) DB RDL 17kg-8 reps
2B) BB Squat&Press 55kg-6 reps, 57.5kg-6 reps, 58.5kg- 6 reps
3A) DB Squat 3x16kg-12 reps
3B) Stability Ball Jackknife 3x15 reps
3C) Side Plank 3x45 seconds

3x DB Swings with 17kg DB-20 rep+30-40sec rest btw sets
2-3 min rest
5 burpees+chinups
2 min rest
Squat thrusts- 15rep fast
1min rest
Outside sprint-2x50m
20sec rest
Farmers walk with 51kg DBs-20sec
2min rest
20sec on treadmill- 16km/h at an 12 incline
5 min rest
DB deadlift- 51 kg- 2 reps- they were partial however, I know I shouldn't have stressed my lower back that way, but just couldn't refrain from giving it a try- sorry, won't do it next time, I promise!!

Haven't eaten so much today- one salad after the gym (forgot to mention grilled fish&broccoli for lunch) then grilled chicken breast for dinner+200g boiled potatoes+ cabbage salad, no oil added.
Heading now for a hot bath.
Good night everyone,
Ion

15.05.2010- Workout A

BW warmup

1A) DB Incline Press- 42kg-6rep, last one- a bit of help, 2x41kg-6rep- finally beat my DB press record!!!!!
1B) DB Row-42kg-6rep, 2x41kg-6rep- a bit of cheating on the left side at the last rep from each set
2A) Chinups- 6,4,3 rep, the rest to 8- just the negative movement in each set- huge improvement vs last wkt!!
2B) DB Chest Press- 3x31kg-8rep- better than last time
3A) Close-grip Pushups- did normal pushups instead-15, 15, 15 rep- 10th man down from Nightwish got me through the last set
3B) DB Rear-Delt Raise- 3x10kg-10rep- stick with same weight next time

4A)Lying on the gym floor-2 min =)))

Still a bit affected by the cold, otherwise the chest press would've been much better.

15.05.2010
Today's nutrition: breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1/4 bell pepper
"Lunch"- a few raw peanuts, 2 bananas
Pre-wkt snack- about 20g raw cashews
Post-wkt shake: 2 bananas, 250ml milk 0.1% fat, 1 fistfull frozen forest fruits
Lunch- 1 grilled chicken breast, 1 green garlic
A bit later- 2 big slices pineapple

Yeah, I know it's too low on calories, but believe me it's all I need to feel full.
Have a nice evening all of you,
Ion
