Monday 11.28
Yesterday was 84/84. The working hard part was done, thanks to Peter and his program and modifications. I will continue to incorporate his tips into my exercise practice. Eating less, not successful at all. My weight fluctuated around 141, were I started, but I couldn't keep it down. End were I started. I'm not a diet chaser, I know I need to eat less, very simple. Back to workout journal....

Journaling works for sure. I would take a look at what habits are causing the excess calories and write them down. Then, look at what habit would be the EASIEST to fix. Focus on that habit for 7 days, not worrying about the others. Then, take that momentum into the next 7 days while working on the next habit. Some habits may take longer than 7 days and that's alright.
