They did. Thank you! I check my mail about once a week. I got them yesterday and used some last night. I made it all the way to 330 without waking up. I also ordered the book you suggested. Thanks again.

Things are going great. My red wine habit is fully in check again. My conditioning is improving. I'm up to three miles on the ergo bike and on track to make the 6.5 miles in under 27 minutes. I'm getting things done in my home. I hope to sign 3 new clients between now and the beginning of Nov. The gym manager told me that I should raise my rates. I've also lost 7 lbs and got my deadlift back over 100lbs!

I'm the worst reporter. I've dropped 8 lbs. My red wine habit is no longer a daily habit, but a weekend treat. I've read a lot, too. I'm not doing as well with the conditioning goal because the bike I chose to challenge myself on is horrible and sits in an office by itself. I will retest Wednesday to see how far I can make it. 3 miles is my max so far.
