Wow, I was so impressed by your essay. Your description of the person you were and the person you are now was so eloquent. Transformation really does start in the mind and you have expressed that beautifully. Great physical results too!

Thanks! That recognition means more to me than any compliment about physical changes, which are only symptoms of (what I hope will be) a chronic, incurable disease. :-)

Thanks, everyone! I'm really looking forward to continuing to lean up and to make some strength gains before summer hits. I'm down another pound, and I'm just pumped to get back in the gym after a week off! I'm updating my daily progress over in the workout journals, but I'll be following Contest #11!
