OK, I'll go first... couldn't wait, so I tried it last night.

Pushups - 50+40+30=120
Pullups - 12+10+8=30
Total Time: 29.5 minutes

Final Score: 120+30-(2*29.5) = 91

What a great workout!

First Adrenaline Challenge Score = (44 + 35 + 34 + 8 + 6 + 6 ) - (22 total minutes for both circuits plus extra pushups and pullups) = 111

I was surprised I couldn't do more pullups... but was equally surprised at how fast I was able to move through the exercises. Very challenging but more fun than challenges I have done in the past.

MM356, I think you calculated wrong (or maybe i did...) and your score should be 120.

Oh, thanks BJD! I could've sworn he said on his podcast to subtract 2x the time, but in looking back in the manual I see you are correct. Hey, I just improved my score and didn't do anything! I feel better already!

Hey Craig, have you calculated the approx calories burned during these Adrenaline workouts and recovery days (not counting afterburn, obviously)?

Red face

Here's my results although credibility not great due to sprint adaptation; diagonals across a cleared out living room back and forth :-(

total push ups 40 + 40 + 30 = 110
total pull ups 12 + 12 +11 = 35

145

total time = 24.52

145-24.52 = #120.48#

Like I said could be a different story if I had access to proper sprints but I really liked it and wanted some idea of a potential score.
Definitely a wildly varied TT workout, and yes it's kill-ah LOL. Prepare to sweat much! x
