Getting Back on that Horse
It's time.. I've been bucked and knocked off more times than I care to admit! I'm back in and I'm going to tame this beast once and for all.
I'm still down the 30 lbs. from last November. Time to finish it!
Goals for this contest.
Lose the last 30 lbs. to my goal of 210 and re-evaulate from there.
Complete the 6 week Mini-Contest.
Complete the whole 12 week contest while missing no more than 3 workouts total.
My Ultimate Goal...... the Ab "V"
