A fairly relaxing day today...I ended up buying a new oven and stove top as the ones that came with the house needed replacing.
I squeezed my workout in at 10:030am this morning. It was a repeat of day 2's workout. I am loving these kettlebell workouts

1B 1-Minute Total Body Extension (max reps) - 52 Total
1C 1-Minute Mountain Climber (max reps) - 50 Total
1D 1-Minute Total Body Extension (max reps) - 50 Total
These 4 minute metabolic miracles are a lot tougher than what they appear on paper.
