Today has flown by! Just seems like it's been go, go, go all day. I'm ready to get the kids in bed and then go there myself. Although I'm guessing they are going to think it's a little early!

TT Buff Guys, Hot Gals - Workout B

Superset #1
bench press with elbows in (70 lbs) 3 x 8
V-grip lat pulldown (60/60/75 lbs) 3 x 12

Superset #2
DB squeeze press (25 lbs) 3 x 8
T-Bar row (75/60/60 lbs) 3 x 12

Superset #3
DB lying triceps extension (15 lbs) 3 x 12
DB incline alt curl (20 lbs) 3 x 8 ea
DB lat raise (8 lbs) 3 x 10
