quick update, well I've had to rest up for a bit. With my daughter having fifths disease then pnemonia, and now my youngest getting cold it was only time before I got sick again. I did. Fever chills, etc.
Out of commission the last 2 days. Did make it to gym on Wednesday but hurt my toe somehow, bruise on it and can't put hardly any pressure on big toe. Hence no workouts today and it worsens as I wear shoes because it applies pressure when I walk.
oh well, this contest may not be best transformation for me since will likely only have worked out 8 of the 12 weeks.
That being said time to really focus on the diet.
Eat real foods, get well and change the focus from workout to diet.
