I've had a fever and on days I was supposed to workout I just wanted to sleep. So I did.

Reason for weight loss - I didn't eat much. I simply haven't been hungry with the fever i got. Slowly eating more as I get back to 100%. Yesterday was smoothie and Dinner of chicken thighs, peas carrots, strawberries, potato mix.
