down to 155, however, last week could only complete 2 of 4 workouts. My daughter came down with Fifths Disease (fever and a rash) and put her out of commission for almost a week and still lingering and it wound up on me. I've had a fever and on days I was supposed to workout I just wanted to sleep. So I did.

Still have some lingering fever, now the difficulty of alloting time for the workouts comes in. Hectic with scheduling.

Reason for weight loss - I didn't eat much. I simply haven't been hungry with the fever i got. Slowly eating more as I get back to 100%. Yesterday was smoothie and Dinner of chicken thighs, peas carrots, strawberries, potato mix.
