Wednesday

Exercise -
It was supposed to be an off day, but a friend came to work out with me at the gym so we ran stairs (4 stories up and down 15 times (approx 2500 stairs) 17 min) and 25 min on the Expresso bike. I am SO SORE today!

Nutrition -
Coffee
Whole grain English muffin
Lemon Chobani yogurt

Salad (romaine, broccoli, yellow squash, salsa)
Honeycrisp Apple
Clementine
Coffee

Bowl of Homemade Chicken soup (whole grain pasta, chicken, peas, beans, carrots, etc)
Slice of whole grain bread
Protein cookie

Clementine
Bowl of Chicken soup
Kashi granola bar
