Bring on the transformation
I have seen this contest run for the last couple of years, and I am proud to have joined the 16th transformation contest. I just finished 4 weeks of the Buff Dudes Feb 09 workouts and am deciding which workouts to do next. I started TT a few months ago and worked up to 2k5. My main goal is fat loss (specifically belly loss!!).
I started a completely new nutritional plan with Beyond the Diet. I have been on a weight loss plateau for all fall and after just 14 days on Isabel's plan, I lost 2 lbs. I finished up with the Jump start plan and the last week I have been following her next meal plan. Tomorrow is weigh in so I am very excited to see what the results will be! Tomorrow morning will tell!
I can't wait to see what April brings!
