I started Bodyweight Cardio 3. Yesterday was the first workout. Since I'd had a cold in the previous week I only did 2 curcuits but whoa... feelin it!!
Food wise was a little extra challenge because after I did the workout I just felt like eating heaps.. I'd had a cold over Christmas and didn't feel like eating much so I did listen to my body and ate more than usual but made sure it was healthy.
I'm looking forward to the next Bodyweight Cardio workout tomorrow.
I took all my before pics too which ended up taking most of the morning!! I think someone mentioned that you take 100 pics to find 1 good one.. *relate*
