Had a restaurant meal at lunch and didn't eat quite clean- some rice with vegetables, some chicken, a salad with vegetables&feat cheese&vegetable oil, so not quite good, but I will eat responsibly for the rest of the day. As for the restaurant meal, I'll give it about 1200-1300 cal (it can't be that bad, but just in case)
Post-wkt meal- 200g grilled fish-200 cal?
100g mango-60 cal
About 1600 calories till now.
