Beginner workout A - TT Fatloss
DB Squat 10x25# 2 sets
Pushups 10 2 sets
DB Row 35# 2 sets
Stability Ball Leg Curl 12 2 sets
Ab Curl-up 6 2 sets
Side Plank 15s each side 2 sets
20 min Beginner Intervals.
