13h00: protein shake in almond milk + 1 slice of homemade cake (post workout)
15h30: veggies and chicken in Thai sauce, 1 Belgium waffle with chocolate
22:00: protein shake + 1.5 slice of bread with gorgonzola
It was kind of a cheat day, but without overeating. Total calories were around 2,100.
