13h00: bowl of fruits, Greek yogurt, muesli, 1tbs maple syrup

16h00: 1 mozzarella, smoked chicken breast, big salad with olive oil, 2 squares of 78% dark chocolate

18h00: protein shake in almond milk

22h30: cottage cheese, canned tuna, small serving of thai fried rice, small serving of sweet potato, small salad
