Good luck with this. I have seen mixed reviews looking back through the forums, so while intrigued, I am not ready to take the plunge myself - at least not right now. I am actually curious about the renegade diet, which I have looked into before but can't remember the details. I do remember thinking at the time that it might be something doable over the long run.
