you can order a grilled chicken "burger" and most places will allow you to ditch the bun and add lettuce... making it somewhat of a lettuce wrap...
getting a kids meal is another option for portion control, its enough calories to make you a few hours... and some places are opting for healthier options for sides, like apple slices.
and of course there's always subway :-)
