Weight: 119.5 lbs
Training: TT Abs 4x a week, 2 days TT bodyweight circuit for cardio
- Eliminated chips, fast food and most processed foods, pop, refined sugar, salt
- Eating a lot of fruits, raw almonds, brown rice, quinoa, veggies, salmon, tilapia, turkey, chicken breasts. Cheat meal 1x a week
- ESE 1x week
- Supplements: Isolate Protein, Fish Oil, Multivitamins, green tea, caffeine
- Bought Fat calipers for BF measurements:)
As of today Feb 1 2012:
*30 days of eating healthy and clean:)
Training: 3x TT Buff dudes and Hot chicks + 2x TT bodyweight circuit for cardio
- Stay on eating super clean except on 1 cheat meal per week
- Will do lentils and other beans as new sources of protein
- Will eat a new vegetable once a week
- No alcohol for 30 days
- No fried foods for 30 days

Fat calipers vs Gym body fat machines
Took my bodyfat % this weekend with my new Defender Bodyfat caliper and it came out 24%. Then today, just got back fresh at the gym baffled and confused. I had my bodyfat % taken on one of those fancy machines and it came out at 19%, not that I'm complaining but which one should I follow
All estimates of body fat are inaccurate in their own way.If you want to follow it, pick one method and take measurements in a consistent way. It may not give you an accurate absolute amount, but you can follow trends reasonably well.

Thanks for the input. I will probably try to get both measurements, more work but it will be interesting to find out the difference.

Its almost here!
It's been awhile since my last post and the end of the 12 week transformation is almost here. I'm happy to say that I've made a LOT of progress that never in my last 15 years of dieting and exercise expected I would get from just following CB's program and a simple nutrition program.
Here's a quick round up since January.
Total fat loss = 19 lbs
Inches lost from waist = 5 inches
Bodyfat 24% to 18.2 as of March11
Just a few more days to go, hoping to lose a lil bit more bodyfat especially in my lower abdominal area. They're such a pain to get rid off! Cross fingers.
