Mind over Matter at the Sugar Shack

Have been around and used TT for some time. I decided to jump in here to maintain the accountability. I have some of the same goals as I had the last time. Time to shuffle and re-energize. My re-arranged goals are:

1. Eat at the kitchen table.
2. Eliminate my sugar cravings.
3. Eat healthy snacks after dinner.

Keeping track from Memorial Day to Labor Day, in the last 104 days , I had no sugar for 89 of those days or was successful 85.5% of the time. (This had been the #1 Goal). This was also the same percentage of times that I had a healthy snack after evening dinner (This had been goal #3). So, when I did eat sugar, it was mostly when I was bored and/or watching TV etc. Most of the time it was a spur of the moment thing. Eating at the kitchen table was my downfall. In the 104 days, I ate a snack at the computer or in the living room (or elsewhere) 57 times and was only successful with this goal 54.80% of the time. (That had been goal #2.) I still need to work on all of them, so this will be a mind transformation moreso that a body one. Turned 56 on Aug 31. Lost around 10 pounds (depending on the day etc.) during the last 104 days as well.

Below are my photos. Even tried to smile this time as Tabitha, QUEEN OF THE FORUMS chastized me last time, for not smiling. Good luck to all in TC6....
